Amy Tindell, LCSW, LCSW-C

Rooted in her understanding of attachment theory, relational neuroscience, and spiritual formation, Amy Tindell is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families cultivate secure, healing relationships. She believes in the human capacity to flourish and receive restoration—not just in mind, body, and spirit, but also in marriages, relationships, and communities. Amy’s approach integrates evidence-based therapies with a compassionate, relational perspective to create a safe and supportive space for growth and transformation.

Amy combines her clinical expertise with a deep relational and spiritual understanding to guide clients toward healing, personal growth, and resilience. She is committed to helping clients build stronger connections with themselves and others, fostering lasting change in both personal and community relationships..

Krysta Allen, LMT

With over 20 years of experience, Krysta Allen is a licensed massage therapist dedicated to supporting the body’s healing and restoration. Much of her career has been spent collaborating with physical therapists and chiropractors, providing a strong foundation in both therapeutic and restorative care.

Krysta tailors each session to meet the unique needs of every client, drawing from a variety of techniques to promote physical wellness, balance, and relaxation. Her specialties include orthopedic massage, sports massage, and myoskeletal therapy, among others. Each session is designed to create a safe and supportive space where clients can experience meaningful healing for their body and overall well-being.
