Massage therapy appointments are offered by licensed professionals who specialize in trauma-informed, therapeutic, and orthopedic massage. Availability may vary, so please reach out to inquire about openings or waitlist options.

If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, we can provide you with a superbill — a detailed receipt that includes all the information your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network reimbursement directly to you.
Our standard cash pay rate is $150 per session, and a sliding scale may be available upon request to help make services more accessible.
